There are various types of joy. Some say the highest form of being is to break free from worldly life and immerse in happiness. To reach the permanent awareness of the responsibility for the happening right now as there’s no happening in the past, nor the future.
Others chose the opposite path. They mastered the immediate fleeting pleasure, institutionalized the instant reward system, gathered everything under one roof, made it available at a click and for a few bucks. But what’s the actual price? A cheap 5-minute satisfaction of one is built on a life-long exploitation of the other. Who’s to blame, the powerful or the ones who made them powerful? And do we even care?
